We’re all familiar with the Black Fridays of years gone by: awakening in the wee hours the day after Thanksgiving to wait, coffee cups in hand, in endless lines of shoppers hoping to snag the best deals on this season’s latest and greatest. But, unlike those of Ebenezer Scrooge, this is one ghost of holidays past that seems to haunt no more. With more and more stores shifting their deepest discounts online to avoid reviving the throes of a pandemic, your deal-hunting days can find themselves not only extended, but more accessible this holiday season.

Okay, if you know me, you know that of course I had to kick this off with the greatest shoe designer of all time (in my humble opinion)! I live for Sophia Webster’s seasonal sales and this year was no exception! It’s the perfect time to gift something unique to everyone on your list, while also securing deals on a few items for yourself (admit it, we’ve all participated in the self-secret-Santa thing once or twice!) Target is usually known for their Black Friday deals on a ton of different items, from home to kids’ stuff, beauty, and tech. I had never really thought to peruse their women’s apparel past the basic t-shirt section until this year when they started upping their style game in a MAJOR way! This year, I’ve bought a ton from Target in the way of fashion; I love a good style-steal that packs just as good of a punch as pricier pieces! This puffer has been popping up on my Insta feed lately and I’ve been dying to get my hands on it, so Target’s early Black Friday sale on puffers for the whole family was the answer to my plush prayers!
With so much more than just sale shopping being moved online in 2020, life is definitely different this holiday season! In the end, though, the early-morning rush of Black Friday is one holiday headache I’m glad to be rid of in favor of more sleep and time with the fam.
