If you’re devoted to clean and cruelty free beauty products like I am, then you know how hard it can be to find a luxurious perfume that doesn’t contain icky ingredients and isn’t tested on animals! I used to love wearing perfumes and collecting their unique bottles, but when I started reading that a lot of them contained stuff that was not only really bad for your skin, but also for the animals they were being tested on, I quit my habit all together and opted for just the scent of my clean deodorant. I’ll admit, foregoing conventional perfumes has been great for reducing my allergies and skin sensitivity, but there has been a part of me that’s missed a touch of fragrance for special occasions!

As a part of a recent brand collaboration, I discovered the Josh Rosebrook Enfleuria perfume. It promised gardenia and floral scents that came from natural sources, were not tested on animals, and were made in the USA. I kind of doubted the potency of a natural perfume at first given the other ones I’ve tried by different brands, but I gave it a shot!

I was 100% surprised! The fragrance glides on via rollerball and feels like a hydrating oil. The scent carries bright notes of gardenia and other florals that mellows as you wear it into a rich, sweet vibe. I didn’t need to use a lot to smell it, and it stayed on really well while moisturizing the application areas!

Like any perfume, it’s a bit of an investment, but I love knowing that I’ve found a clean and cruelty free fragrance that I’ll love for a long time!
