In case you don’t know, I’m from sunny San Diego, California and swimsuits are pretty much mandated 24/7 in the spring and summer months! (Especially since a lot of houses on the coast here don’t have AC!)

For me, I pack my closet at the start of the season with swimsuits that do double duty for sunbathing and making the rounds to restaurants in the evening. This year, I don’t know if it’s the lingering pandemic or just my excitement at our second summer here in San Diego, but I can’t wait to whip out some slinky suits and go full beach bum for the next several months!

I’ve been searching the web like crazy and I’ve discovered a ton of options that bring the fashion factor to fun in the sun, so here’s a few brands that are giving me all those bougee vacation vibes…

1 | Andrea Iyamah

This brand instantly struck me with their architectural details at a pretty reasonable price! These suits really feel like art, and they’d be perfect for any vacation, near or far!

2 | Medina Swimwear

This suit just feels like something Marilyn Monroe would’ve worn! I have been loving belted details on one-pieces lately, and this suit is a sunny stunner!

3 | Cin Cin

I already have (and love!) a suit from Cin Cin. This brand instantly takes me to the Amalfi Coast in the 70s with their swanky prints and sleek cuts. If you want those European vaca vibes, this brand has you covered!

4 | Oseree

I’ve been dying to have one of their pieces forever now! I love how they mix classic cuts with retro glam in the form of sparkle! This brand is on the top of my list this season for sure! Vegas vacation, anyone?

I’m pretty sure, much to my husband’s chagrin, my closet is going to be filled with these and more this season! I can’t wait to style some seaside and poolside looks!
